Junior Classical League
The Junior Classical League is for any student who is interested in classical language, history, culture, etc. Outside of the Boy Scouts of America, it is the largest student organization in the nation and is comprised mostly of Latin students. JCL has an event each month. The events include, but not limited to, pizza night, picnics, bowling, bingo, and game night.

Membership
Anyone is elegible to join JCL, even non-Latin speakers! Dues are $15 per year. Fill out the membership form and turn it in to a Latin teacher with your dues.

Latinitas Competition
The Latinitas Award honors commitment and excellence in Latin through the Brookwood High School Junior Classical League (BHS JCL). BHS JCL members compete with each other within each level of Latin to earn the most points. There are several levels to the competition, culminating in the Latinitas Trophy, awarded to the BHS JCL member who has earned the highest amount of points by the end of the academic year.
